Once a web site or web page has reached completion, new information or graphics may need to be added.  Third Eye Web Design offers "Pay as you Go" Update Services, or "Monthly Update Packages" depending on your web development needs.

Text Updates
It's a good idea to update your web site as often as possible. The more content you add, the more visitors you'll attract. Text updates are a low cost effective way to draw traffic to your web site.
Photo Updates
Whether you regualry update your web sites' pictures for product promotions, or just to freshen the look, or adding seasonal pictures to your web site, updating pictures lets visitors know you're web site is current.

Many web sites incorporate some level of flash. Whether it be a slide show of products or personal pics, it's good to update them from time to time.

If for some reason you don't update the content on your web site we can post a current date after PAGE LAST UPDATED. This let's web site visitors know your web site's content is up to date.

Email Protocol for Updates

1.  One subject/page per email.  For Example:  If you send pictures to add to your "About Us" Page be sure to type ABOUT US UPDATE in the subject area of the email.

2.  Please label all pictures and also indicate in the subject area of the email onto what page they'll be placed.

  • Subject: HOME PAGE UPDATE
  • Name of picture:  our-building.jpeg.

*All graphics need to have .jpeg, .gif, or .bmp file formats.

3.  Updates can not change the structure of the page, but only replace existing text and graphics. Should you need to redesign a page, let us know and we can quote that.
