EMAIL PROTOCOL FOR WEB UPDATES

1.  1 subject/page per email. 

For Example:  If you send pictures to add to your "About Us" Page be sure to type ABOUT US UPDATE in the subject area of the email.

2.  Please label all pictures and also indicate in the subject area of the email onto what page they'll be placed.

Subject: HOME PAGE UPDATE

Name of picture:  our-building.jpeg.

*All graphics need to have .jpeg, .gif, or .bmp file formats.

3.  Updates can not change the structure of the page, but only replace existing text and graphics.
